When it comes to A-list access during Art Basel, or any other time of year, Luiz Hoinkis and Justin Keeperman are the in-the-know concierges to call.

The gregarious Luiz Hoinkis has a particular theory. He believes anyone can reach President Obama within four phone calls. It’s this conviction of being able to connect with one of the world’s most powerful men through four degrees that has made his company, WGY Lifestyle, a runaway success.
A luxury lifestyle management firm aimed at giving its members access to some of the world’s most sought-after events and accommodations, WGY is the brainchild of Hoinkis and his partner, Justin Keeperman. As the two assert, there is no occasion to which they cannot grant their clients entry.
Both come from industries where high-end expectations are the norm. Brazilian-born Hoinkis was CEO of Brazil’s Quintessentially, a luxury concierge firm, and Keeperman was involved with sales and marketing at several affluent magazines and PR firms in New York. Utilizing their industry connections, the two formed WGY in March 2012 in Miami Beach and São Paulo, and expanded it this year with satellite offices in Las Vegas, London, Los Angeles and New York to better serve what’s become a worldwide clientele. More satellite offices are on the way.
Their services run the gamut from a simple airport pickup to A-through-Z vacation planning to Oscar tickets, and were available via annual memberships at the time of publication. For Art Basel, WGY members could be included on the coveted guest lists of events at the SLS South Beach, The Standard, Soho Beach House and countless other venues, whereas more traditional services might include booking a last-minute dinner reservation at an exclusive restaurant.
“Saturday night, Zuma, 9pm, no problem,” says Keeperman with a laugh. “It’s not easy, but we deliver. Anything that screams luxury, we’re involved in it.”
“We manage lifestyles, especially when our members don’t have time to do it themselves,” Keeperman continues. “We like to call ourselves ‘life stylists.’”
Hoinkis admits it’s the unusual requests that get him excited. Once, as a WGY member was touring Rio de Janeiro by helicopter, he impulsively asked Hoinkis to throw a yacht party that night and ensure Brazil’s A-list was on board. Three hours later, Hoinkis had a mega-yacht sailing around the ocean filled with “300 of the right people” and overflowing with Dom Pérignon.
He and Keeperman did it again recently on a much larger scale when they helped launch the digital music service Spotify in Brazil, a three-month-plus engagement that involved multiple events and activations all over the country. Those Brazil connections were an important part of their business platform as more wealthy Brazilians made Miami their playground or second home of choice.
“I’m not one who gives up,” says Hoinkis with a smile. “Service, let me rephrase, great service is everything, and delivering on that is the most important thing to us.”

When it comes to planning life’s biggest moments, Justin Keeperman and Luiz Hoinkis are the concierges to call.

Justin Keeperman and Luiz Hoinkis are not fans of the word no, especially when it comes to their clients. For the founders of South Beach- and São Paulo-based WGY Lifestyle, not only is it about who you know, it’s also about breaking the mold when it comes to planning bachelor or bachelorette parties, honeymoons, destination weddings or even a surprise marriage proposal.
Launched in 2012, WGY Lifestyle is an elite concierge service that offered both membership and à la carte options, with clients worldwide and satellite offices in Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas and São Paulo at the time of publication.
The well-connected co-founders both brought a wealth of industry know-how to the table, especially when it came to the luxury market: Hoinkis was CEO of Quintessentially Brazil, a high-end concierge firm, and Keeperman was a PR and marketing professional in both Miami and New York. Together, they quickly established a business in which there wasn’t a need they couldn’t meet.
Keeperman admits it’s the unusual requests that get him most excited: “I love it when a client tells me that another business said a request was impossible. That’s when the fun begins.”
WGY services ran the gamut, from making simple hotel reservations to unusual special requests. A-list honeymoons at highly sought-after destinations such as the W Retreat & Spa in the Maldives or The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort? No problem. Or booking singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat to perform at a wedding? The article reported that they had done it and could do it again.
With the legalization of gay marriage, the duo said they were seeing destination-wedding requests grow significantly. Perks such as flight discounts, upgrades, late checkouts, and food-and-beverage credits were described as just the start.
“When the client arrives, someone at that property is awaiting them,” says Keeperman. “They know what they like, what they don’t like, any allergies, their bucket lists, must-haves, etc. Personalized, hands-on service is just the way we do business.”
I do: Relax, be organized, leave room in your budget, be grateful, dream big.
I don’t: Include registry information on invitations, try to do everything alone, or host a cash bar.

When your job is planning people’s ultimate vacations, you tend to know the cities where you operate rather well. With WGY Lifestyle, Justin Keeperman and Luiz Hoinkis made accessibility a breeze. For the right price, their A-to-Z concierge service, available by membership or à la carte, could do it all.
Want to propose to your girlfriend during halftime at a Heat game? No problem. Need to get into that A-list party with the closed guest list? You’re RSVP’d. Last-minute first-class tickets to Brazil? Their new deal with TAM Airlines ensured clients received preferred rates and upgrades.
“We save clients time and that’s the greatest luxury of all if you think about it,” says Hoinkis, who cut his teeth at Quintessentially in his native São Paulo. “It’s all about getting clients what they want, when they want it,” adds Keeperman. “Our philosophy is ‘consider it done.’” The Miami insiders then shared their top picks for fitness, sustenance and all-out fun.
“Every Miami visitor should experience the Wynwood Art Walk,” says Hoinkis. “It feels like Basel week.”
“Soho Beach House offers that ideal balance of business and pleasure,” says Hoinkis. “We’re as much there for business meetings as we are to lounge by the pool.”
“We love Hyde Beach at the SLS because it’s not your typical lounge,” says Keeperman. “It’s a great place to begin your night.”
“The menu at Zuma is total culinary decadence,” says Hoinkis. “I don’t know what they put in the beef tenderloin, but it’s addictive.”
“Our customer base is all about service and The Setai wins by far in that category,” says Keeperman. “When clients want that Zen vacation experience, we send them there.”
“The Jetsons vibe at Flywheel is unlike any gym,” says Keeperman. “The music and energy of the class make those 45 minutes of hell fly by.”
