Executive and Private Family Office Travel
One trusted family office travel desk
Family office travel planned around the household, the calendar and the people who make it happen, discreetly, clearly and with one accountable contact.
Family office travel, handled
One desk for the family and the office
A family and the office that supports them want different things from a travel desk. The family wants it handled and wants to stop thinking about it. The office wants it visible, approvable and easy to hand over when somebody is on leave.
Both are reasonable. Both are the same desk. The request lands in one place, the answer comes back in the form that suits whoever asked, and the accountability does not move.
Justkeeps plans travel around the globe from its base in Boca Raton, with clients close to home in Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and across South Florida.

New York, arrival settled before the day starts
Daily travel
Flights, hotels and vetted ground arranged around the schedule and the preferences, not around whatever is quickest to book.
One request, one reply
Send it once, in whatever form it already arrived. Options come back in a shape built for approval, not a wall of fares to decode.
Preferences on file
Seat, room, pacing, dietary, household and loyalty details recorded once, so nobody retypes them for every trip.
Private aviation and charter
Aircraft and yachts sourced through vetted operators. The operator, the tail and the crew are checked before a quote ever reaches you.
Family journeys
School breaks, milestone trips, three generations, villas and yachts, routed as one plan rather than five separate bookings.
Offsites and board travel
Air, room blocks, ground and meeting space run through one contact, invoiced so it survives whoever signs it off.
Changes absorbed
Reroutes and cancellations handled here, with the right people told and nobody left chasing a supplier.
While they are away
A missed connection at eleven at night is our problem, not yours. One number, answered by someone who already knows the trip.

Sitting with the family, before the trip

THE DETAILS, KEPT IN ORDER

Sending a request
A text, a call, or three lines by email. No form, and no need to explain the context twice.
Send it once, in whatever form you already have. A forwarded thread is enough to get started.
What comes back
One recommendation with the reasoning behind it, and the alternatives if you want to see them.
Options built for approval. Arrival time first, cost second, and never a wall of fares to decode.
Preferences
Your seat, your room, your pacing, your dietary. Recorded once and never asked for again.
On file and kept current, so you stop retyping them and stop being the only person who knows.
The bigger trips
Family journeys across three generations, private aviation, villas and yacht charters.
Offsites, board gatherings, leadership retreats and incentive travel, through the same contact.
When it moves
A missed connection at eleven at night is our problem. One number, already holding the trip.
Reroutes handled at this end, the right people told, and nobody left chasing a supplier.
Discretion
Reservations under the names you use. Nothing shared beyond the people who need to know.
One set of files and one desk, so it hands over cleanly when you are away for two weeks.

A family office travel brief
A travel desk built around the household
Air, room blocks, ground, meeting requirements and private experiences coordinated as one piece of work, not five separate vendors. The people attending never see the seams, which is the entire point.
Common questions
Who is private office travel support for?
Principals and their families, and the people who travel on their behalf. In practice most requests reach us from a chief of staff, an estate manager or an executive assistant, and the desk is built so that either side can send them.
What can one travel desk manage?
Flights and private aviation, hotels and residences, ground transport, yachts and charters, offsites and retreats, and the preference records that sit behind all of it. One point of contact, one set of files, one place to send a change.
Can the service include leadership retreats?
Yes. Board gatherings, leadership retreats and incentive travel run through the same desk as everything else, with air, room blocks, ground and meeting space handled together and invoiced so it survives review.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Itineraries are shared only with the people who need them, reservations are held under the names you tell us to use, and nobody outside the desk sees the file. We do not discuss who we move, during or after.
Can you work alongside a corporate travel program we already have?
Yes. Plenty of offices keep a corporate program for routine business travel and use us for the principal, the family and anything that has to be handled personally. We will say plainly where your existing program is already the better answer.
What is luxury business travel?
Luxury business travel is executive travel planned to protect time, privacy and energy. It means routings built around the calendar, hotels near the meetings and one advisor accountable for changes. Read luxury business travel for executives and luxury corporate travel.
