Luxury Leisure Travel

One plan, start to finish

Flights, hotels, villas, guides and ground handled as a single itinerary, by one office that answers for all of it. Fifteen years of doing this, and preferred partner status across more than twenty hotel programs.

What we do

The work behind a trip that feels effortless

Almost everything that makes a trip good is decided before you leave. The order of the stops. The room you are given, not the room type you booked. The ninety minutes between a landing and a dinner reservation. That is the work, and none of it is visible when it is done properly.

Justkeeps plans travel around the globe from its base in Boca Raton, with clients close to home in Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and across South Florida.

Portofino, moved by sea, not by road

Routing and pacing

The order of the stops and how long you sit in each. Most disappointing trips are good places in the wrong sequence, with a travel day where a slow morning belonged.

Hotels and benefits

Preferred partner status across more than twenty programs, among them Four Seasons, Marriott STARS and Rosewood Elite. Eligible stays carry breakfast, a credit and an upgrade.

Flights and connections

Routed for the arrival time that protects your first day, not the fare that lands you at midnight with two hours of transfer still to go. Seats held together.

Villas and yachts

Private stays and charters picked for the group going, with staffing, provisioning and the week around them settled before you land, not on the day you get there.

Private guides

A guide who is good, not merely available. Matched to the place, to the people in the room and to the pace you want to keep. A weak one costs you the whole day.

Dining and access

The table that is full. The site opened an hour before the buses. Reservations made before you fly, because the good rooms are gone by the time you land.

Ground and transfers

Drivers we have used before, standing where they said they would stand, in a vehicle that fits the luggage you are bringing. Transfer times quoted with traffic in them.

Honeymoons and milestones

Built around the reason for going. The hotels know why you are there before you check in, and the week is shaped so the moment that matters is not the one you are rushing.

Families across generations

Different ages, different rooms, very different rhythms, one plan. The grandparent who tires by four and the teenager who does not are both looked after.

Complex itineraries

Air, hotels, transfers and timing held together across several cities and more than one country, so a change in Rome does not quietly break Thursday in Athens.

While you are away

One Desk. Two Ways to Work.

A missed connection at eleven at night is our problem, not yours. You reach someone who already knows where you are meant to be, not a call center reading your booking for the first time.

Changes and requests are handled while you travel, on any trip we arranged.

Common questions

How far ahead should we start?

Six to nine months for peak season in Europe, Japan and the Indian Ocean, where the best rooms and the best guides go first. Three months is workable in most other places. Shorter notice is often possible, and we will tell you what is still open before you commit to anything.

What does preferred partner status get me?

On eligible reservations it can mean breakfast for two, a property credit, upgrade consideration at check-in and flexible arrival or departure, booked at the same rate you would find yourself. Benefits vary by property, program, dates and availability, and we tell you which ones apply before you book.

Do you only handle hotels, or the whole trip?

The whole trip. Flights, hotels, villas, guides, dining, transfers and the timing that connects them. Booking a hotel well is easy. Making the ten days around it work is the part people call us for.

Which destinations do you cover?

Europe and the Mediterranean, Asia and the Pacific, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East, and the Indian Ocean. Where we do not already hold relationships on the ground, we build them and check them before we send you. Our destination guides are the fastest way to see how we think about a place.

How involved will we be in the planning?

As involved as you want to be. Some clients send four lines and want the finished itinerary. Others want to see every hotel option and decide. Both work. What does not work is a plan built on guesses, so we ask a few specific questions early instead of sending a questionnaire.

Do you plan luxury honeymoons and villa stays?

Yes. We plan honeymoons, anniversaries and private villa stays as part of leisure travel. Read about what a luxury honeymoon planner does and how to get luxury villa upgrades.
