Justin Keeperman has a particular theory. He believes anyone can reach the most powerful men and women in the world through four phone calls. It’s this conviction — this refusal to accept “impossible” as an answer — that has made Justkeeps Travel the runaway success it is today.
A luxury lifestyle and travel management firm, Justkeeps Travel is built on giving its clients access to some of the world’s most sought-after experiences, accommodations, and events. As Keeperman asserts, there is no occasion, destination, or table to which he cannot grant his clients entry.
Keeperman came up through industries where high expectations are the norm. He honed his skills in sales and marketing at several of Miami’s most influential luxury and lifestyle firms before channeling everything he’d learned into founding Justkeeps Travel — now with a global clientele spanning Silicon Valley executives to celebrities, from New York to São Paulo.
Their services run the full spectrum: from a seamless airport transfer to A-through-Z vacation planning, exclusive event access, and global corporate travel management. For Art Basel, Justkeeps Travel clients can be placed on the coveted guest lists of events at the SLS South Beach, The Standard, Soho Beach House, and countless other venues that simply aren’t accessible to the general public. More traditional requests might include securing a last-minute dinner reservation at an exclusive restaurant.
“Saturday night, Zuma, 9pm,” Keeperman says with a laugh. “No problem. It’s not easy — but we deliver. Anything that screams luxury, we’re involved in it.”
“We craft lifestyles, especially for clients who don’t have time to manage the details themselves,” Keeperman explains. “We like to call ourselves life architects. That term is even in our literature now.”
It’s the unusual requests that get him most energized. Once, a Justkeeps Travel client was touring Rio de Janeiro when he impulsively decided he wanted to throw a private yacht party that very night and fill it with Brazil’s A-list. Three hours later, Keeperman had a mega-yacht sailing around the ocean filled with 300 of the right people, overflowing with Dom Pérignon.
On a larger scale, Keeperman and his team helped launch the digital music service Spotify in Brazil — a three-month activation involving multiple events and strategic connections across the country.
His Brazil connections are enviably cutting-edge to his business platform, as more and more wealthy Brazilians make Miami their playground or second home of choice. Keeperman’s ability to deliver last-minute celebration and entrée at a moment’s notice have served them exceptionally well with Miami’s well-heeled international crowd.
“I’m not someone who gives up,” says Keeperman. “Service — let me rephrase — great service is everything. And delivering on that is the most important thing we do.”
