Executive Travel

Executive travel built around your calendar

For executives whose time is not available to waste, and the assistants who protect it. One advisor who knows the calendar, the preferences and the next move before you have to ask.

What an executive actually needs

The meeting is fixed. Everything around it can move.

An executive trip is rarely about the destination. It is about arriving rested for one meeting, leaving straight after the next, and getting home a night earlier than the schedule said you could.

That is the work. Knowing how you travel, working directly with your assistant, and treating a canceled flight at eleven at night as our problem, not yours.

Justkeeps Travel plans travel around the globe from its base in Boca Raton, with clients close to home in Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and across South Florida.

Routing around the calendar

Flights chosen for the arrival time that protects the meeting. The seat, the connection and the drive in are planned as one decision.

Your assistant, always copied

Requests can come from you or from your office. Your assistant sees every option and every confirmation, and nobody has to ask what was booked.

Preferences on file

Seat, airline, hotel floor, car, dietary and loyalty details. Every trip starts from them, so you never explain them again.

Hotels near the work

Rooms chosen for the short walk to the meeting, a desk you can actually use and a quiet floor, with preferred partner benefits on eligible stays.

Private aviation when it earns it

Private aviation arranged through vetted operators when it is the right way to protect the schedule. The operator, aircraft and crew are checked before an option reaches you.

Cars and arrivals

A vetted driver at the curb when you land, and airport assistance where it is available. Nobody stands in arrivals looking for a sign.

Changes at short notice

A meeting moves to Thursday. The flights, hotel and car are reworked together, and the new plan goes to you and your assistant in one message.

Home a night earlier

The return is planned as carefully as the outbound. When an earlier way home opens up, you hear about it before you think to ask.

Comparison

The details, kept in order

Sending a request

A text or a call between meetings. Three lines is enough.

Forward the thread or the calendar invite. We pull out the dates and come back with options.

What comes back

One recommendation with the reason behind it, and the alternatives only if you want them.

Options laid out for a quick yes, with the arrival time, connection and drive considered as one plan.

Preferences

Your seat, your room, your car. Never asked for again.

Kept current on our side, so you are not the only person who remembers them.

When the plan moves

You hear the fix, not the problem.

One message that says what changed and what we did about it, not five messages that leave you to work it out.

Discretion and cover

Reservations under the name you choose. Your plans stay with the people who need them.

One file and one contact, so cover is simple when you are out of the office.

Clear handover

Business and personal trips kept apart, so nothing gets mixed up.

Every detail is in one place, so the context is there when the office is covering.

Same desk and same standard, whichever of you sends the request.

An example trip

New York to London and back in three days

The day flight to London. You land for dinner, sleep in a bed and walk into the first meeting rested. A hotel a short walk from the office, and a car held through the afternoon. When the last meeting ends early, the return moves up a day, and the assistant has the new plan before the car reaches the hotel.

Common questions

Who is executive travel for?

Chief executives, founders, managing partners, investors and senior leaders who travel often and whose trips have to work. Most requests come from their assistant or chief of staff, and the service is built for both. If the travel is mostly about a household rather than one person’s calendar, our family office travel desk is the better fit.

Can my assistant work with you directly?

Yes, and usually they do. We agree at the start who can make requests, who approves them and who should be copied, and then we follow it every time.

Is this the same as a corporate travel program?

No. A corporate travel program manages routine bookings for a whole company. We look after a small number of senior people and the trips that matter most to them. Some clients keep their company program for routine travel and send us the trips that need handling personally.

What happens when plans change while I am traveling?

You reach one advisor who already knows the trip, not a call center reading your booking for the first time.

Do you arrange private aviation?

Yes, through vetted operators. The operator, aircraft and crew are checked before an option reaches you, and the itinerary is planned around the time that matters.

What is luxury business travel?

Luxury business travel is executive travel planned around the meeting. It means routings built around the calendar, hotels near the work and one advisor accountable for every change. Read our guide to executive travel.
