American Airlines Becomes Inter Miami CF’s First Official Airline Partner
American Airlines and Inter Miami CF have announced a new multiyear partnership that connects one of Miami’s largest airlines with one of the city’s most internationally visible sports brands.
The deal makes American the first-ever Official Airline Partner of Inter Miami CF, an Official Partner of the Club and a Founding Partner of Nu Stadium and Miami Freedom Park.
What the partnership includes
The most visible change will be inside Nu Stadium. American will become the entitlement partner of the stadium’s West Club, which will be renamed the American Lounge. The premium hospitality space spans the West Stand and includes more than 1,800 seats.
The partnership also includes international rights, travel-focused content and community programming as Inter Miami continues to expand its global audience.
AAdvantage members will get access beyond the flight
This is where the announcement becomes especially relevant for travelers. American says Inter Miami CF Perks will create new experiences for AAdvantage members, including:
- Pitchside access during select matches
- Premium matchday packages that can include travel to Miami, accommodations and American Lounge access
- Fly-away experiences built around Inter Miami away matches
